During this chat, I'll tell you about myself and how I practice. I will ask in return for some information about your goals! A good fit? We''ll book a consult!
03.
Pre consult prep
Yup, nothing like a bit of homework! I'll send you a client form and a food journal to fill out

FAQs
DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
No, I can see you either way!
ARE VIRTUAL SESSIONS AN OPTION?
Absolutely! My preference is to have initial consultations in person and then have virtual as an option but happy with either!
WHAT IS A DIETITIAN?
Dietitians are registered health professionals who evaluate scientific evidence about food and nutrition, translate it into practical strategies, in states of health and disease, to support optimal health and wellbeing.
In New Zealand Dietitians are the only nutrition health profession to be regulated by law, and therefore Dietitian is a protected term. Dietitians have both an undergraduate science degree in human nutrition and a post graduate qualification in dietetics, are registered with the Dietitians Board and hold a current practising certificate. Dietitians work in a variety of settings from hospitals, private, the community, public health, food service, sports, education, research, media, the food industry etc. Dietitians are nutritionists but not all nutritionists are dietitians as the title nutritionist is not protected can be used freely by anyone. Dietitians and nutritionists may work in similar areas, however dietitians are also qualified to work in the medical nutrition industry.
